Jamie Salomon has been taking photos for as long as he can remember. When he was 12, he started shooting pictures with his father’s Rolleiflex camera, and has been shooting ever since.

Since moving to Maine in 1989, Jamie has incorporated the atmosphere of New England into his work. Whether shooting for interior designers, ad agencies, commercial clients or catalog companies, he brings the same sensitivity of light to the image, creating a truly unique style.

Jamie travels the world for his clients which include: Pella Windows, Meredith Corp., Hearst Corp., L.L. Bean, Taunton Press, Marvin Windows as well as countless interior designers and architects.

Born in Connecticut, Jamie moved to New York City to attend The School of Visual Arts and now lives in Portland, Maine with his wife Susan, and family’s dog Olive.
